Meet the Ferrari 512 TR. The TR stands for "Testarossa", and the 512 TR succeeded the car that wore that name exclusively. 80's lovers will almost certainly remember the Testarossa from its role in the hit show "Miami Vice" as Sonny Crockett's undercover police vehicle. That car succeeded the Daytona Spider replica, which was blown to bits in the series. The 512 TR cranked out 425 HP and 362 lb.-ft. of torque, which shot it to 60 MPH in 4.9 seconds. That's not an uber-impressive number by today's standards, but when the 512 debuted, that was serious performance (and still is, boys and girls).
