The R1 Concepts Forged Series Big Brake Kit for the Focus RS is a complete braking kit equipped with rotors, calipers, and lines for both front and rear. In the front, the kit features a 365mm rotor and a 6-piston caliper. In the rear, this kit features a 356mm rotor and a 4-piston caliper equipped with an upgraded parking brake module.

The calipers in this kit are constructed of two forged aluminum halves with aluminum pistons so they are both strong and light. The pistons are surrounded by a rubber boot to keep debris out of the brake fluid and ensure long life with the calipers. The rotors in this kit are high-performance and are a two-piece design to be lightweight for faster acceleration and deceleration. The top hat is constructed of aluminum to be strong and light, and the rotor surface is made from a high-carbon iron alloy to resist heat and prevent warping. The rotors are slotted to keep the brake pad surface clean to maintain performance throughout the life of the pad and has vents to keep the whole rotor cool.
