The S&B Cold Air Intake is engineered to minimize air restriction and flows 52% better than stock. Not only is it a performance upgrade, but the filter also increases the sound of the intake, giving you a more aggressive sound compared to stock. The kit comes complete with a fully enclosed airbox that protects the filter from dirt and keeps out engineer heat. The filter included in this kit is a massive, highly efficient 8-layer cotton cleanable air filter that snaps into the airbox easily and securely, also allowing you to easily remove and inspect it. The lid of the airbox is a snap-in design that does not require screws which makes installation and inspection of the filter quick and easy. The Mass Airflow Sensor is relocated further down on the intake tube allowing further airflow improvements. The filter, coupler, lid seal, and plug are all made with premium rubber silicone to handle temperatures as high as 400°F without cracking or tearing and will last the test of time.
