JOE BagelThe exhaust pipes on the 2000 Accord are stainless steel and in great shape. The flanges connecting the muffler pipes to the tail pipe are not stainless and in very poor condition. Speaking to Honda Parts, the flanges are only available with a new muffler or tailpipe. A muffler shop said welding might be possible.
