What size tires are those and will they fit on a 2012 2explorer?

Jacob, those are 305/50R20 tires on 20x11 wheels, that's equivalent to a 32" tire. You will amost certainly need a lift kit to fit that size tire, and probably some trimming inside the wheelwell.
