Forgeline one piece forged monoblock wheels start off as a raw American-made 6061-T6 aluminum forging weighing more than 100 lbs each.
The lathe turning cuts away most of the forging material and starts to take the shape of a wheel.
The CNC mill cuts out the face of the wheel, the mounting surface, and off of the many fine details.
One of the last steps is the in-house powder coating booth, where a world-class finish is applied by hand.
