Motoroso allows users to review service providers, but we expect and require you to follow a basic code of conduct, otherwise your review may be moderated:

• Personal experience: Please share your firsthand consumer experience, not what you heard from someone else. Try to tell your own story without resorting to broad generalizations, anecdotal information, or unfounded accusations.
• Accuracy: Make sure your review is factually correct. Please don't exaggerate or misrepresent your experience.
• Review updates: Review updates should reflect a new experience or interaction with the business.
• Inappropriate content: Descriptive language is fine, but we will not tolerate profanity, threats, harassment, lewdness, hate speech, and other displays of bigotry.
• Conflicts of interest: Your contributions should be unbiased and objective. For example, you shouldn’t write reviews of your own business or employer, your friends’ or relatives’ business, your competitors in your industry, or businesses in your networking group. It’s ok for businesses to ask their customers to write reviews, but please DO NOT accept compensation or rewards in exchange for writing a good review. If a business or user is found to be doing this, Motoroso will take action to remove that businesses profile from the platform, and the participating users.
• Promotional content: Reviews posted that promote anything will be removed. This section is for reviews only.
• Relevance: Please stick to reviews that address the core of the consumer experience. Please avoid sharing your opinions about employment practices, political leanings, or the service providers religious affiliations.
• Privacy: Don’t publicize other people’s private information.
• Intellectual property: Please write your own reviews. Please do not steal reviews from other sites and post them here.
• Demanding payment: Do not use this review section to request or demand any refund or payment. Take up your issue with the service provider directly. Motoroso will remove any user attempting to extort payment for any reason.
